Tranquillity is yours

Creston residents can find a new way to get fit, at the Creston Valley Yoga Studio that opened on main street recently.

Sam Nevalainen set up the studio with the help of Community Futures and in co-operation with talented local instructors who will be offering classes there as well.

The space is decked out with an equipment storage area, lockers, lounge room, washroom and, of course, a main area for group practice. The website is being established soon, and visitors will be able to check class schedules and other information. You can also call 250-428-8848 to learn more.
