The lowdown on leadership

Lesley Beatson has an impressive list of achievements to call her own. She has a PhD in leadership studies and has worked with high-calibre athletes, teams and other people from around the world. She is a successful competitive skier and a member of numerous coaching organizations. How fortunate, then, that Rossland residents can draw on her skills and abilities, as Beatson has recently opened a leadership development, coaching and consulting business.

Beatson uses a varety of techniques to help both individuals and groups to determine and achieve long- and short-term goals. She works with athletic teams and in corporate settings, establishing personal connections with her clients and providing insight and feedback. She facilitates developing existing strengths for lasting change.
