In June 2015, Revelstoke acquired a new organic and specialty food outlet. Le Marché Gourmet is the newest baby of La Baguette Catering owners Olivier Dutil and Sonia Ratté, and their partner in this enterprise is fellow-former-Quebecer, Sarah Jeanne. The store offers fresh, B.C.-sourced organic fruits, vegetables, berries, free-range eggs and chickens, along with frozen game meats, luxurious imported cheeses, spices, oils, coffees and numerous other edibles. The three partners share their passion for good food, good value and healthy lifestyle. Le Marché Gourmet is located at 607 Victoria Road.
