If handmade accessories, jewellery and decor are your passion, you can’t do better than Tara Davis Studio Boutique. This Nelson-based business is a fantastic shop stocking works from more than 30 Canadian artists, many from the Nelson area. New pieces are added daily.

Owner Tara Davis has her studio set up in the shop and can be found weaving and creating custom pieces. “I love making stuff, but I don’t like being isolated in a studio,” said Davis. "I've worked a lot of retail—I love it, and I love dealing with people so it was a great fit."
