Roy Needham and Jim Larson are experienced tradesmen, and as of May 1, 2015, the new owners of M&K Plumbing & Heating in Cranbrook. Taking over a company that has been around for 53 years is no easy task, but thanks to the 20 employees working at M&K, it has been a smooth transition. Needham and Larson are excited to be moving ahead with a company that offers everything from plumbing repairs and hot water tank installation to full HVAC engineering and construction. “It’s pretty exciting taking over the passing of the torch on this great company that has been successful for so long,” said Larson.
