Kelsey and Brenda Taylor are a daughter-mother team who now own MJ’s Floral & Gifts. They took over the business on January 26, 2015. “I’ve worked here for five years and I’ve been the lead designer for two years,” said Kelsey. “We’ll keep the quality and appearance consistent with the way it has been. I’m glad (former owners) Becky and Robin are helping us with the transition.” Brenda is a long-time gardener who knows flowers very well. Kelsey’s sister, who is a florist in Whistler, may be joining her family at MJ’s.
