Mine and dine

Sparwood has seen the addition of a new restaurant aptly named The Coal Miners Diner.

Owned by Seann Harper, the diner offers meat that has been smoked in-house, as well as delicious home-cooked meals created from scratch. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally, including the beef that is purchased across the street at Rocky Mountain Meats.
