A well-known yoga studio in Castlegar, B.C., has made a big move. Myra Duff has been teaching yoga for four years, and she recently relocated her studio, Yoga by Myra, to 2224 - 6th Avenue.

"The space is large and quiet," said Duff, "a great space for meditation and yoga. Hatha yoga and restorative is what I teach. Through meditation, breathing and relaxation and movement through the body we can restore and learn how to relax our body and mind. I believe the benefits of yoga are far reaching in our lives and in the lives of others that you touch. Your whole well-being is affected in a very positive way."
