Krista Birch is the owner and operator of the brand-new Glow Yoga and Wellness Studio in Cranbrook.

The studio space is located at Tamarack Centre, right beside Tamarack Medical Clinic.

Birch is originally from Cranbrook, and earned her teaching certification at Yoga Passage in Calgary. She specializes in the Ashtanga yoga discipline, a traditional style that is both rewarding and physically demanding.

Customers can purchase punch cards, pay monthly for unlimited yoga or simply pay a drop-in fee if they wish to try it out a few times before committing. There is even a Yogi Bears class for children aged five to eight years.

For more information, visit the Glow Yoga and Wellness Studio website.
