Heating up

Kristi McRae opened her new yoga studio, One Love Hot Yoga, just this past December in Kimberley.

Hot yoga is an effective method of exercise, with the lessons taking place in a hot, humid room. The heat allows the body’s muscles and connective tissues to relax and provides a deeper stretch. McRae hosts a Give Back class on the first Wednesday of every month, with the proceeds going to  the Kimberley/Cranbrook United Way. To find out more, visit onelovehotyoga.ca.
