Creston, B.C., has a new food truck bringing delicious local food to eager customers.

Fork, owned by Maria Aryan, can be found weekly at the Creston farmers market, with plans to expand hours as the season rolls on. The menu includes a breakfast sandwich, chicken or pulled pork sandwiches and a forking good burger. Also popular is a raspberry cheesecake and home-crafted popsicles. Everything is made from scratch with the belief that good food starts with good produce.

Fork is all about sustainable eating and Aryan uses locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Among the producers she uses are Famous Fritz Meats & Deli, Kootenay Alpine Cheese Company and Cookville Community Gardens. Watch for the little red food truck and its tasty fare.
