Dog owners, rejoice—a new business has opened in Trail. Barks and Recreation Pet Services, owned by Sarah Fulcher, offers dogsitting, grooming, training and supplies.

Fulcher is a certified dog trainer who welcomes all breeds of dogs to training classes. Owners can also take advantage of half- or full-day dogsitting. Finally, have artist and photographer Cameron Dixon create a lasting memory with a portrait of Fido.
