Ernest Blackmore, the 22-year-old manager of the Cranbrook Arby’s restaurant, was recently congratulated by Arby’s head office because the Cranbrook Arby’s has achieved the highest customer satisfaction score in the entire 3,300-store, continent-wide Arby’s chain. “Enough people gave us positive feedback over the last year that we were the top store,” said Blackmore. “That’s all due to our great staff—they’re awesome. They go the extra mile, and I don’t have to worry about how things are handled when I’m not in the store.” Blackmore has been managing Arby’s for just over a year. Nice going, team!
