Beth Corven new head of GLOWS

GLOWS, a program under KAST, has a new manager.

KAST (Kootenay Association for Science and Technology), an organization that focuses on fostering a love of science and technology in children and youth, has hired Beth Corven to manage its GLOWS (Growing Learning Opportunities With Science) program. Corven’s extensive background in non-profit program development and grant-writing will serve her well in her new position. At present, the GLOWS position is a part-time one, and Corven can be found at the Nelson office of KAST two days per week.
