In mid-March 2018, BDO Canada LLP opened a permanent office at 77 Deer Park Avenue  in Kimberley, headed up by senior manager Alan Rice. It will be open full time, Monday to Friday, and staffed by BDO Cranbrook employees who live in Kimberley. The expansion of BDO is welcome news to the company’s Kimberley clients, who appreciate the full-time, full range of accounting services now available locally. “Expanding to Kimberley gives us a larger offering to attract people to the area,” said Rice. “We’re seeing a lot of younger professionals moving to Kimberley with their families.”
