Whitewater Ski Resort has outdone itself again, with the addition of the new Fresh Tracks Café Express food truck.

Head chef Amanda Skidmore noticed that customers were wishing for the fresh Whitewater Ski Resort food all year round, and that skiers did not always want to trudge all the way back to the lodge to get a meal. She pitched an idea, and in September it came to fruition. The new Fresh Tracks Café Express food truck will be serving up wholesome and delicious food at the base of the Glory Ridge chairlift during the winter, and in summer it will travel the Nelson streets to the delight of hungry customers in town.
