A change of pace

Once known as Creston Fitness Centre, the only private gym in town has seen a change of name and ownership.

The business is now called Simply Fit, and is run by new owners Chris and Allia Schofer. Not only have the Schofers updated the space with a new paint job and room layout, but they are also incorporating new equipment, a juice bar, kids' room and other enhancements.

Customers can enjoy more reasonable membership fees and shop for fitness-oriented books, supplements and other products on site. The gym is open Tuesday through Friday from noon to 5 p.m.

Simply Fit is located at 1513 Canyon Street in Creston. To find out more, visit the Simply Fit Facebook page or call 250-428-9499.
