Ross North, the area manager of six automobile dealerships, is definitely excited about the recent Fernie Ford move. Not only can Fernie Ford now provide better service to their customers, but also a better view.

“This is the most beautiful dealership," said North. "The mountains in the background... it’s awesome!”

The new location is larger, providing ample room for the team to work with its state-of-the-art equipment coordinate its services throughout the surrounding valley.

“We know that a lot of people work in the surrounding communities,” North said. “So we offer services in (neighbouring) towns that all spread from this dealership.”

Community is clearly priority among the staff at Fernie Ford. Their clients start as customers, but leave as friends.

“We want to offer better service and reach out to the community more,” said North, "while we continue to provide exceptional service to loyal customers. That’s who we really cater to."
