At 105 - 19th Street South in Cranbrook, a brand new show home sits at the entrance to a development site with a panoramic view of the Elizabeth Lake wetland. The theme for the development is “Bringing nature home.”

Elizabeth Lake Ridge consists of 33 building lots, two of which are already sold. New Dawn Developments will be doing all of the construction for the development, according to client requests and within building guidelines that will ensure the harmony and compatibility of design throughout the subdivision.

“We invite clients to bring us their designs or design ideas,” said Sherry Graburn, design lead for New Dawn Developments. “We have three complete home designs available and we’re happy to customize them according to the client’s wishes, within the compatibility guidelines.”

Graburn added that the lots are all marketed as wide view lots, and that the views from Elizabeth Lake Ridge are incredible. She said that as there presently aren’t very many building lots available in Cranbrook, there’s a lot of interest in this development, and sales are expected to move quickly.

Elizabeth Lake Ridge is close to schools and parks, making it an attractive neighbourhood for families. Lots start at $115,000 plus GST, and house prices begin at $229,000 plus GST.
