Kettle River Vintners allows customers to have a hand in the beer- and wine-making process.

As of April 2013, Grant Hill became the proud owner of the only u-brew facility in Grand Forks: Kettle River Vintners. Hill is an authorized retailer of the Winexpert brand, which offers customers a wide selection of kits to choose from, including Island Mist summer wines and single vineyard ultra-premium Eclipse wine kits.

"We provide on-site services for customers to brew and bottle their wine and beer kits in-store," said Hill. "We are set up with great equipment to make the bottling experience fun and simple. We also have some specialty equipment like our carbonation machine, which enables us to create sparkling wines and beer without traditional home brew sediment."

Those who prefer to brew at home can purchase wine and beer kits to try on their own, or customers may allow the brewing to take place at Kettle River Vintners.

For more information, call Kettle River Vintners at 250-442-0112.
