Jolene Salanski, who purchased Cranbrook’s Northwest Grill, at 600 Industrial Road No. 1, on August 1, 2017, has some impressive business experience: five years as general manager at Mr. Mike’s restaurant and 10 years as manager of food services at Cranbrook’s Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort. Her chef, Ryan Gosselin, loves to produce delectable flavours, and his burgers are a menu favourite. Salanski is turning her attention to developing the catering side of her business, and looks forward to providing delicious feasts for business and private celebrations.
