The draw of Island Lake Resort is the scenery and cat-skiing—but the fabulous food keeps people coming back again and again.

Now, the French-inspired cuisine with the Rocky Mountain flavours can be enjoyed at home.

Island Lake Resort: The Cookbook was released in July and celebrated with an unforgettable meal prepared by the resort’s past and present chefs. Steve Kujit, the resort’s general manager, hopes this will be the first of many cookbooks.
