Historic downtown Fernie comes alive during Griz Days, Fernie's biggest annual festival, celebrating snow, community and the best things about winter. The theme for 2020 is 'Spirit of Griz' - celebrating Fernie's winter heritage and the traditions and history that have sustained the city over 43 years. Festivities include a parade, fireworks, street hockey, live indoor and outdoor entertainment, the Griz Stomp, Family Dance and Griz Days Craft Fair. The Fernie Alpine Resort is the site for the must-see Extreme Griz Competition, a chance to ski with the Griz, and the hilarious Raging Elk Dummy Downhill Competition.

Fernie's is where it's at! Check out Griz Days, March 6 to 8, 2020.
