The 15-acre parcel of land consists of two lots selling for $1.6 to $2.6 million each. It is in close proximity and easily accessed from Highway 3 (Cranbrook Street, located directly adjacent to Home Depot and Wal Mart anchored Smart Centre, which includes such tenants as Real Canadian Superstore, Mark's, Bell, La Senza and others). All municipal services brought to lot line.
