The transformation from Heidi Restaurant to the Heid Out Restaurant and Brewhouse is complete for the popular downtown Cranbrook dining establishment.

Owned and operated by Heidi Romich and David Beardsell the new restaurant/brewhouse opened in mid-June and much to the delight of their patrons. The restaurant is also home to the Fisher Peak Brewing Co.

The Heid Out focuses on homemade food, beer brewed on site by an experienced and successful brewmaster, and a fun and comfortable atmosphere for all ages!

Here is what one commenter said about the brewhouse, “David Beardsell, the owner/brewer at Kamloops’ Noble Pig, which is one of BC’s best brewpubs, is teaming up to convert a popular Cranbrook restaurant into a brewpub. Based on the quality of the beer he serves in Kamloops, I expect good things.”

Next time you are visiting downtown Cranbrook check out the Heid Out and Brewhouse on Baker Street for some great food and a cool brew.
