Teck’s Don Lindsay named in BC’s CEO of the Year Awards

Donald Lindsay, president and CEO of Teck Resources named in BC's CEO of the Year Awards.

In November, Business in Vancouver, in partnership with Deloitte and MacKay CEO Forums, celebrated the third annual BC CEO Awards at Vancouver's Fairmont Waterfront hotel.

This year's winners included Donald Lindsay, president and CEO of Teck Resources. Other winners included John Anderson, chairman and, president and CEO, The Oppenheimer Group; Ashley Cooper, president and
CEO, Paladin Security; Robert Meggy, president and CEO, Great Little Box Company; and Maxine Davis, executive director, Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.

Michelle Osry, a partner in the Canadian business family advisory and B.C. real estate division of Deloitte Canada presented the award in the major public company category to Donald Lindsay.

All the winners were honoured at a gala dinner where they share their leadership lessons with the Vancouver audience.
