Report from Shadow Mountain Golf Resort

Even with a couple feet of snow on the ground, there is still lots going here at Shadow Mountain. Our third home is moving along, with an expected “move-in date” by June.

Also, the power poles have been removed from Hole 2, which will make your play on that hole this season that much easier (or at least, with no more excuses!). Shaw Cable has also laid down the fibre optic cables underground now as well, giving Shadow Mountain property owners the latest technology advantage.

On the property side, there are some very good opportunities still available…areas on the river, areas with quick golf course access or a beautiful view, and convenience lots still offer you some wonderful choices. There is never a better time to take advantage of these lot options than right now. Call me to get the latest on these lots and the many other quality choices still available at Shadow Mountain.

If you are planning a trip out this way for skiing, or for an early season (April) golf game, let me know so I can arrange a property tour for you and your group. Thanks again for your interest in Shadow Mountain Properties and Golf!
