Well known mortgage specialist Debra Parker has opened a new mortgage office in Cranbrook under The Canadian Mortgage Experts banner which is a division of Dominion Lending Centres of Canada.  She is joined by mortgage professional Kambi Heywood as well.

“We will work with you throughout the mortgage process from start to finish and guide you along the way. We will work closely with your realtor and solicitor/lawyer/notary public in order to get the mortgage completed as smoothly as possible. Finding the right mortgage for you is our business. We know which lenders have the best rates and we will negotiate the best rate for you. What's more, we know the system and have the industry knowledge required to present a proposal for financing to lenders enabling us to successfully obtain mortgage financing, and we do all the paperwork too,” says Debra Parker.
