Sub Tropic Sound Collective is a fresh new company based out of Nelson BC with a focus on customizing and/or providing music to visuals. Whether it be for film, web or advertising. The company consists of Marty Clemens, Sean Cameron and Dave McLeod (pictured above).

Sub Tropic Sound Collective was founded in the spring of 2014. With the vision in mind to (co)create and collaborate on interesting projects. Above all their goal is to provide clients with original compositions holding artistic integrity to a maximum.

Most recently subtropic was given the opportunity to have two songs in the latest Freeride Entertainment film On Any Sunday, The Next Chapter.

Pulling from an array of education through the Selkirk's Music program, the Pacific Audio Visual Institute, and with experience in recording, composition, jazz theory, guitar, keys, vocals, drums, bass among others, they are geared for sound.

With more panache than you can shake a stick at, expect to see big things out of Sub Tropic Sound Collective in 2015.

Sub Tropic Sound Collective is devoted to music's form and function in the world. They create compelling, unique audio scores to accompany TV, film, web, advertising, branding platforms, and other visual mediums -- featuring a kaleidoscope of modern sounds presented in professional quality recordings. They create both custom scores and prefabricated sounds.

Here is another example of their work, used for a Vancouver woodworking company "Hobo Woodworks" promotional video.
