The development would be situated along Nelson's waterfront from Sproat Drive to Red Sands Beach. The proposal contains a generous amount of the green spaces, parkland and a picnic area—much of which would be available to the general public as well as to residents.

The comprehensive development proposal is now available at www.nelsonlanding.com.
