Michael Delich and Fernie Home Builders receive recognition and award for housing excellence

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) is pleased to announce the winners for its National Awards for Housing Excellence, presented in partnership with Masco Canada/Delta Faucet and Genworth Canada. Thirty-three CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence were presented at the Association’s 73rd National Conference in Kelowna, British Columbia.
Coming on the heels of a win in the BC provincial home building Georgie Awards, Fernie Home Builders, owned and operated by Michael Delich has won a prestigious home award in the following category: Detached From 1,500 to 2,000 Square Feet: Fernie Home Builders Inc., Fernie, BC: “Snow Creek Cabin”
Michael Delich was also presented the Member of the Year by British Columbia (CHBA BC) “as the respected voice of the housing industry in BC” and received two presentations from the national arm of the CHBA organization for building member growth and for his respect in the Canadian housing industry.
CHBA President Bob Finnigan noted: “All of our award winners and finalists have a lot to be proud of because they are the best of the best in new homes, home renovations, community development and marketing across Canada.”
