Meet the new owner at Revelstoke’s Glacier House Resort

Glacier House Resort, regarded as one of Revelstoke’s finest mountain accommodation properties, is now under new ownership. Daniel Kellie, direct from Sydney, Australia, is the new owner taking over from previous owner Alex Szirmai earlier in 2013.

Daniel Kellie has a strong 20-year background in the hospitality industry having owned and operated his own pub and eatery Down Under for over 17 years.

Glacier House Resort is located 5 minutes north of the town of Revelstoke. In summer Glacier House offers some of Revelstoke’s best mountain biking, canoeing, ATV and enduro bike riding and in the winter they, of course, offer world famous snowmobiling with direct mountain access. Glacier House Resort offers both single-room accommodation in its 16-room lodge and 10 comfortable, spacious cabins as well.

Food services include the Bear Paw Bistro, coffee bar, and of course “Sledders”, their friendly pub with fireplace, big-screen TV, pool table and more.
