Cinch Homes is a new, full-service modular and manufactured home dealer in Fernie. The company, which is located on Manitou Road next to Coal Valley GM, specializes in custom factory built homes blending onsite building with the benefits of factory building to create a new home.

According to their website, “Cinch homes can become the general contractor of the whole process from foundation installation, decks and timber frame accents to partial project management or full turn-key set-ups.”

Mel and Mike MacKay are the owners/operators of Cinch Homes, with Mike looking after modular home set up and installation and Mel looking after the sales and administration side of the business. Cinch Homes carries the 100% Canadian-made Triple M Housing line of modular homes.
