Major renovations coming to Cranbrook’s Tamarack Shopping Centre in 2017
The renovations will include a new common area, flooring and area lighting, new ceiling and elevation treatments.
Cranbrook’s Tamarack Shopping Centre is due for some major renovations in 2017. According to its leasing agent Crestwell Realty the renovations will include a new common area, flooring and area lighting, new ceiling and elevation treatments, new mall entrances and new mall exterior treatment.
The shopping centre is the largest in the Kootenays with major tenants including Staples, Shoppers Drug Mart, Winners, Dollarama, Fabricland, Landmark Cinemas, Bulk Barn, Boston Pizza, Tim Horton’s, and of course, its newest major tenant, the re-located and expanded Canadian Tire store. There are a total of 38 stores in the shopping centre.
Tamarack Centre is a 287,696 square foot shopping centre located on Cranbrook Sreet North and Theatre Road. Linda Birch is the site liaison and marketing manager at the shopping centre, which first opened in Cranbrook in 1977.
