This December, Loaf Bakery is celebrating its first year in business by enhancing the bakery café and moving the wholesale bread production to a separate unit. This new unit, in Fernie's Annex area, will handle all the wholesale baking, and the original location at 1201-6th Ave will continue as the retail bakery, café and pizzeria.

The winter season promises to be a busy one for Loaf, as they'll be supplying RCR's food outlets, the Causeway Bay Hotel Sparwood, Park Place Lodge and the Blue Toque, amongst other local businesses. Their own café will continue to serve up freshly baked pies and pastries, alongside our full breakfast and lunch menu, and of course the full range of breads.

Loaf is also expanding their fully licensed pizzeria nights to run from 5 p.m. to close every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. As before, you can either dine in or order take-out by calling 250-423-7702.

Having recently been voted Best New Business in Fernie's Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence awards, Loaf is sure that this expansion will enable them to keep providing an excellent service to all their customers.
