Kimberley Alpine Resort has completed the second phase of enhancements to the popular Easter Chair. In phase one Kimberley Alpine Resort built an alpine-themed building to house the bottom lift drive terminal and also completed a restroom near the top station unloading area so guests can enjoy one of the four mountain faces without having to return to the base area.

“The Easter Chair accesses some of the best and longest Fall Line Ski Trails in British Columbia,” said Matt Mosteller, vice-president of marketing at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. “Kimberley Alpine Resort offers a huge variety of terrain and is one of the biggest ski resorts in Canada, with some of the best choices of ski-in/ski-out lodging offered.”

The second phase continued enhancements to the Easter Chair, including adding new chairs to the lift. The new chairs make this lift more comfortable and provide an easier loading experience. Kimberley Alpine Resort also offers some of the largest gladed skiing terrain in Canada and continued efforts to enhance skiing and riding experience by doing more run brushing, clearing and cleaning.
