Kimberley Chamber of Commerce holds meet-and-greet

by

On Thursday, October 21, the Kimberley Chamber of Commerce held a meet-and-greet at Centre 64. It was an excellent opportunity for Kimberley business owners to mingle with like-minded people.

One of the main attractions of the night came from Tim Park, representing Inventive Minds Manufacturing, Inc. Park and his two business partners, Jim Mainment and Adam McMillan, were there to show off their invention—a you-have-to-see-it-to-believe-it product for motorized skiing. Mainment is the inventor of the creation, which Park said has the potential to be a "billion-dollar industry."

Park encouraged Kimberley residents to work together, utilize the many resources available in the area and to think both globally and locally.
