Need firewood, who you going to call? Kalesnikoff Lumber. The company recently donated and delivered a truck load of logs to the students at the Selkirk College Forestry class.

The Selkirk College Forestry class would like to thank Kalesnikoff Lumber for their generous donation. The students converted the load to firewood and will be using the funds to help pay for their annual field trip in April.

A special thank you to Rob Giesler at Kalesnikoff for making it happen!

Kalesnikoff Lumber has operated in the West Kootenays for many years with a sawmill near Thrums and large woodlands division. They are a major employer in the region.

Kalesnikoff Lumber is listed in the Kootenay Business Top 50 Companies list as the 16th largest company in the Kootenays with annual sales of $35 million and 135 employees.
