The Goodall industrial hose and rubber component outlet in Cranbrook is now called ERIKS.   The name change is part of a corporate re-branding that has seen the Goodall name being replaced company-wide with ERIKS.  The Cranbrook branch is managed by Rowland Engels.

ERIKS, a 75-year-old international industrial service provider with more than 65 companies operating 450 branches in 27 countries, is the new distribution face of Goodall in Canada. With the same resources, people, branded products and dedication to relationships that built the Goodall name, ERIKS adds world-class products, innovative systems and custom solutions fabricated for a wide range of industrial needs. ERIKS began the transition in 2014, at one of its largest distribution facilities in Canada in Edmonton, Alberta, with the launch of a new logo and unveiling of signage, attire and marketing materials.

"Separating the two sides of the company into the ERIKS distribution brand and the Goodall product brand provides market clarity and eliminates the restrictions of competing as a single distribution and product brand," said Don Evans, president and CEO of Lewis-Goetz. "As a distribution channel, ERIKS can offer a larger, more robust selection of branded products to its customers, as well as a strong global link to the market resources of ERIKS worldwide. Goodall, as a global hose and accessories brand, still stands for precision-engineered hoses and related accessories and over a century of trusted performance."

Goodall hoses and accessories have tremendous market awareness and customer loyalty. ERIKS remains completely dedicated to the growth and expansion of the Goodall name throughout North America and the global marketplace. "ERIKS provides its customers with an independent, unbiased view of world-class brands to assure they get the best materials, products and solutions specifically suited for each unique application," added Jeff Crane, president and CEO of ERIKS North America. "Everyone at ERIKS is looking forward to sharing the company's evolution with our community and local stakeholders. We're the same great company with a new face that will enable us to effectively bring a wider array of products to the customers that we serve."
