Golden home builder wins prestigious award

The CHBA (Canadian Home Builders association) Central Interior featured the winning entries in the 7th annual Keystone Home Builders Awards of Excellence on October 3rd, 2011. The Best Single Family Detached Home valued at $750,000 to $4 million went to Libertas Custom Homes, the McDonald residence.

Martin Gotz of Libertas Custom Homes also commended HübertHaus Timber Frames for custom home design and supply and installation of the timber frame, Coastal Mountain Mechanical for plumbing, Cold Systems Mechanical for duct work, Taro Broughton for electrical and AB Stonework's for the rock work. Gotz said this type of award-winning product would not be possible without the whole team believing in it.
