Manager Levi Hamilton welcomes you to the new Loaf Bakery.

Fernie's Loaf Bakery is now open in a new location in downtown Fernie. The popular bakery is owned and operated by Phil Gadd and managed by Levi Hamilton. The spacious new location is a refurbished heritage building that has sat empty for over eight years — it was once home to another Fernie bakery for many years.

The Loaf Bakery employs 20 people and has a seating capacity for 50 customers. It is open for breakfast through dinner six days a week (closed on Mondays).

"We are thrilled to be in our new location and our customers are really liking the new layout and spacious dining area," said Levi Hamiliton, manager.

In addition to having a full line of fresh baked products (from buns to bread) and a delicious menu to choose from, the Loaf wholesales their tasty and healthy bread to locations in Cranbrook and Kimberley for customers to pickup on a regular basis. During the summer the Loaf is also a fixture at many of the local farmers markets as well.
