CENTURY 21 Maximum Realty Ltd. was opened in March, 2006, by Maxine Wolfe. Maxine is from Fernie—that's right—a Fernie original! Her vision of owning her own brokerage came true with a lot of hard work and perseverance.

“I have always had a people job . . . educating in nursing, I worked for many years at the Fernie District Hospital. In the early 90s my husband and I had the opportunity to build, own and operate a hotel at the Fernie Ski Hill. Both careers allowed me to meet and mingle with the public.

Fifteen years ago now, my husband, who is a local building contractor, suggested I become a REALTOR®. He said with my love of people, my organizational skills, and my knowledge of buildings, real estate would be a natural progression for me. He was right. It is a very rewarding profession.

So, after 10 years of working in the real estate industry for another company, I took the big step and opened my own office; CENTURY 21 Maximum Realty, Fernie.

My years in sales have given me the knowledge, the connections, and an understanding of people. Fernie is a small community that attracts a large audience. To succeed here, a REALTOR® needs to understand all of the area markets: residential, recreational, lands, development, and commercial. I have been fortunate over the years to have worked in all the markets, and confident enough to represent any buyer or seller.”

CENTURY 21 Maximum Realty is located at 1361B 7th avenue, along Highway #3, across from A&W.

They have five REALTORS® who are fully trained, professional and will stop at nothing to see that each and every question is answered in timely fashion, and will pro-vide you with concise and accurate details about any property you may be interested in.
