Fernie Ford embarks on building new premises

The Ford dealership in the Elk Valley, Fernie Ford, is building a new multi-bay dealership just east of Fernie, fronting Brenner Road and just off of busy Highway #3. The new building will house the complete authorized Ford dealership offering everything from new and used auto sales, leasing, and a spacious service, parts and repair centre.

The new building is being constructed of pre-fab concrete stand up panels and the shell of the building has already been erected. The new building will replace their existing premises on Highway #3 which is next to the Best Western hotel.

Fernie Ford also recently announced that they have opened a Ford service centre in Elkford. Jim and Loretta Johnson, are the managers and co-owners of Fernie Ford.

Though there is no official completion date it would appear that the new dealership building should be completed by late fall 2014 or early 2015.
