It looks like Fernie Chrysler is on the move.  A new banner went up on the former Fernie Ford location last week, located just up the road on busy Highway 3, declaring
the building the new home of the Chrysler dealership.

The building will be substantially bigger than the previous Fernie Chrysler facility with more showroom and office space and additional service bays as well.

According to their website, "the dealership has strong ties to the community and the team at Fernie Chrysler is prepared to provide the outstanding service that reflects our years of experience and appreciation for making your life better and easier. Whether you're after a new or pre-owned vehicle or perhaps you're interested in one of our Dodge trucks for sale, we're betting that you'll find something that catches your eye by joining us in person or by searching through our online inventory."

Though minor renovation appears to be necessary it would appear that the building is almost in a turn-key situation, which should allow Fernie Chrysler to relocate and move in the near future.

Fernie Ford, the previous owner of the building, moved last fall to a newly constructed dealership facility east of Fernie. Fernie Ford is now owned by the Legacy Group out of Calgary.
