Cranbrook's busy commercial strip (Cranbrook Street) is a magnet for auto dealers and though Denham Ford is currently located on the strip they are planning to relocate to the high-visibility entrance of Cranbrook's strip once their new building is built.

Denham Ford has contracted with New Dawn Development of Cranbrook to design and build the new state-of-the-art automotive dealership. Ford has a long legacy in Cranbrook from McInnes Ford to Geddes Ford and Millennium Ford and most recently Denham Ford.

The Denham Ford family has numerous dealerships across western Canada and the Cranbrook outlet is managed by Braydon Denham.

Construction is slated to begin fall of 2012.
