Affectionately known in Creston as the “Trump Tower,” a brand new, three-storey office complex—with 4,500 square feet per floor—is nearing completion.

It is being constructed in downtown Creston—the first new commercial space built in Creston in 30 years. The project is being built by Creston building contractor T.A. Rendek and his related company Atlin Property Development Corp.

Located in the heart of downtown Creston the new office building is now leasing space and is slated for occupancy in the summer and fall of 2011.

The original plan was to have the building host a number of commercial and medical offices.  Leases are still being finalized at this point.

The Creston and District Credit Union holds an interest in the new development.

T.A. Rendek and Associates Ltd. is a privately owned construction company with offices located in Saskatoon and Calgary, and the head office is in Creston. The Rendek Group of Companies has completed design/build projects in all four western provinces and has over 20 years of proven experience in the industry.
