Creston’s Kokanee Ford wins prestigious Diamond Club President’s Award

Darrell Kemle and his team are pleased to announce that Creston’s Kokanee Ford has won the 2015 Diamond Club President's Award from the Ford Motor Company. This award is for outstanding achievement in sales and customer service.

Darrell Kemle, dealer principle and owner at Kokanee Ford would like to thank all of their amazing clients that recognized them for this award and for his team at the dealership that made it happen.

"I have to give a lot of credit to the team of employees that I have been able to put together over the last couple of years; extra accolades to my service manager, Garret Huscroft, and to my Sales Manager, Mike Daybell, for their really hard work and attention to detail in making sure our customers “love doing business” with Kokanee Ford," said Darrell Kemle.

What is the President's Award? The President's Award, Ford of Canada's highest Dealership honor, is presented annually to those Dealerships who demonstrate outstanding achievement in sales and customer satisfaction. In order to qualify for the Diamond award a Ford Dealer must be profitable, achieve sales & service VOC floor targets, achieving at least 85% of both car and truck shares and a dealer needs to sell 125% of the national average for car and truck share in their region.

What is the Diamond Club? The Diamond Club is a select group of dealers who go above and beyond the President's Award. To be part of the club you have to be within the top 10% of the top 25% of all dealers in Canada for customer satisfaction.
