Cranbrook lawyer appointed to Queen’s Counsel

B.C. Attorney General Shirley Bond announced December 11 that she has appointed 30 lawyers with the honourary designation of Queen’s counsel (QC).

The designation is a mark of prestige among lawyers and is announced annually to recognize exceptional merit and contribution.

The 2012 inductees to the Queen’s Counsel include Cranbrook lawyer Donald Noriyuki Kawano who practices with the Cranbrook law firm of Rella & Paolini.
