Alex Chapple has also joined the communications department in Castlegar as a communications co-ordinator, covering a maternity leave.

Alex has worked in communications and public relations for over five years, most recently as an account manager with Hoggan & Associates, a Vancouver public relations firm. Alex and her fiancé recently relocated to Nelson. “We are excited to be a part of a community that values its residents and fosters the care of its youth and elderly while striving for environmental and economic sustainability. To us, the Kootenays is a place where the voice of the community is heard and where families and businesses flourish, and CBT is playing an important role in helping to make these things happen.”
