CBT is pleased to announce its purchase of its office building in Golden.

Columbia Basin Trust (CBT) is pleased to announce its purchase of 512 – 8th Avenue North, Golden. CBT has leased this space since 2008, and its staff look forward to continuing to serve the residents of the Basin from this building.

“We are excited to purchase this building,” said Neil Muth, CBT president and CEO. “The office is suitable for CBT’s needs and is well located by Spirit Square, in an area of the town that may be targeted for future redevelopment. Given these factors, the purchase of this building is a great opportunity for CBT.”

This is the second office space to be owned by CBT. Since 2001, it has also owned the Columbia Basin building on 13th Avenue in Castlegar. CBT also leases two other office spaces, in Cranbrook and Nakusp.

CBT delivers economic, social and environmental benefits to the residents of the Columbia Basin. To learn more about CBT programs and initiatives, visit www.cbt.org or call 1-800-505-8998.
